Depending on the type of material ordered you can choose the most convenient form of collection from those mentioned below.
Delivery charges are always calculated each time an order is placed.
All free delivery promotions are valid only within the area of Poland, unless otherwise stated on the promoted product's page.

Collection in person |

You can collect your delivery from one of our shops in Szczecin or Bydgoszcz. The addresses and opening hours of our shops can be found in the Contact tab. Visiting our shop will also provide a perfect opportunity to get to know our wide range of products directly as well as to meet our employees who are there to provide the required support and technical assistance. If you decide on this option, it is also possible to collect the order from the courier company selected. |

Courier (cash on) delivery |

Courier delivery – the goods are delivered by professional courier service companies in the form of both parcels and pallet deliveries. Courier delivery is convenient and you can be rest assured that your order will get to you on time and for a relatively modest price. |

Delivery without unloading |
|
The goods are dispatched from our shops in Szczecin or Bydgoszcz with the help of the transport companies which collaborate with us. Detailed addresses and opening hours of our shops can be found in the Contact tab. When you choose this option during the order placement process, it is important to enter the number of kilometres between the shop in Szczecin or Bydgoszcz and the actual place of delivery. Remember that you are responsible for unloading the goods if you decide to choose this form of delivery. |

Delivery with crane unloading |

The goods are delivered from our shops in Szczecin or Bydgoszcz and unloaded with the help of the transport companies which collaborate with us. Detailed addresses and opening hours of our shops can be found in the Contact tab. When you choose this option during the order placement process, it is important to enter the number of kilometres between the shop in Szczecin or Bydgoszcz and the actual place of delivery. The delivery charges also include the costs of goods unloading. |
Please check your delivery before acceptance. In the case of cash on delivery, it is important to confirm and pay for the delivery, and then unpack and check the contents. If the external condition of the package raises any concerns, please draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier/transporting person and contact our customer service department at contact@realbud.com or by phone +48 530 710 580 to arrange further proceedings.
